Yes, but depends on the buyer imho. Excitement if NOK will create a more powerful move than say Seimens.

I'm inclined to agree with you. However, a deal, for example with NOK, that provided some cash (not too much--leverage that into ASICs), a long-term ASIC supply agreement, perhaps some sharing or jv arrangement in dual mode ASICs CDMA/GSM in Euroland, plus some hint of the new 3G whizbang models in Q's pipeline that NOK would commit to support would have profound, long-term implications for Q. Not as earthshaking as the deal with the Hagfish, perhaps, but very significant.
