The thing is, there have been discussions about using all available bandwidth; but if another company can set up operations in the same bandwidth, say 1900 mhz, then there must be more bandwidth after all, that is what I'm trying to understand.

1900Mhz refers to a range of frequencies, I don't know the specifics but each carrier has distinct frequencies within a certain range. Sorry I don't have a handy link.
