I haven't had a chance to ask the company what the perceived impact on the bottom line is, but that is in my near term plan. Certainly the ability of Touchstone to work a deal with a close to 1 billion dollar company is a significant step in the right direction. I am hoping with some leisure time to try and find out specifically more info on SCM's sales and the Touchstone price range/profit margin, etc. With the revenues associated with the product, it wouldn't take much percentage to impact Touchstone's bottom line. Exciting to see growth in this area and not just in the Checkit products/Fastmove, etc. OEM related contracts build the revenues and provide a more certain profit and profit margin. I was also glad to see that there wasn't a tone of irrational exuberance over the contract, However, I think we do see fundamental positives that an investor can actually see a developing storyline for company growth. Just thoughts, of course I think we need to follow up with the company for more info.

Internet data traffic is doubling every 90 days, 159 million consumer use the internet worldwide today, estimate is 510 million by 20003. Of those 31 percent have purchased goods via the net, online sales are expected to climb to 108 billion. (FORRESTER RESEARCH, in business week)

With this SCM product being a product in the e-commerce growth area, Touchstone is strategically placing at least this portion of business (whatever we can determine that to be) into this kind of related growth deems definite due dilligence and research. This area is the "making money" side of the net. Again, revenue growth is the key for Touchstone.
