MOB actions require police action

Violent, criminal actions do require police action. Hopefully intelligent, targeted action. But suppression of basic constitutional rights like speech and assembly for 30,000 - 50,000 citizens because of the presence of a few hundred violent punks doesn't sound warranted to me. Should the wrong actions of 1% nullify the freedoms of the 99%? If 1% of the population of a city have illegal drugs in their homes, should the police have carte blanche to invade and search every home in the city? If 1% of the drivers out on Saturday night are intoxicated, should driving be banned for all? At any point in time it's likely 1% of the population are probably doing something wrong - speeding, drinking too much, doing dope, whatever. This shouldn't prevent the rest of us from being free.

If i put on my DEATH to the NWO t-shirt

Personally I think you ought to have to do at least a little more than wear a T-shirt with Death to "whoever" to get your head beat. But I'm an old softy.
