I still think that TM is by far the biggest factor here. You would figure that with analysts estimating a purchase price of anywhere from $33-$60 that we would get a bigger jump in price than we've had. The market just doesn't trust TM!!!

If this is simply a ploy to prop up the stock and sweep the bad earnings under the rug, then we're in trouble. However, if this is an honest attempt to prepare the company for sale, then we're in the money because it could be an attractive purchase for the right company.

Also, if this drags on too long, it might slow the price momentum considerably. If it's going to happen, it's got to happen sooner rather than later.
