TBFC and EGRP-

My position is similar to David's--I have a 6 figure investment in TBFC which I accumulated. Tis a little scary when I see these two move apart. I also scour the news trying to pick up tidbits. The Thrift oversite is pretty
quiet and what gives them the jeebies is for SBC to get
control of a US Bank via the large fraction of EGRP they hold--despite SBC's disclaimer and dis-avows. I don't think
CC's comments and others at EGRP did anything to quiet the
street about the TBFC+EGRP closure--a lot of nervous folks.
I have not received the proxy materials yet for the 12/28
meeting and I'm glad David will attend--and report. I guess
I'll get proxy materials from both EGRP and TBFC. Don't
remember the record date for TBFC proxy materials--David ??
