ASDS...tried to get shares from 19 to 21, no go...now I'll wait. ASD Systems' chief operating officer Cormier resigns GARLAND, Texas, Dec 1 (Reuters) - ASD Systems Inc. (NasdaqNM:ASDS - news), a provider of e-commerce software, said late Wednesday that its chief operating officer, James Cormier, has resigned to pursue other opportunities. The company said it is searching for a replacement. Meanwhile, Norm Charney, ASD Systems' president and chief executive officer, has assumed the responsibilities previously performed by Cormier.
