Release news by fax versus press release?

A certain poster on Yahoo is now 2 for 2 on predicting POs the day before they are announced?

Daddy Warbucks is given shares at a 40% discount to the market price the day before a PO is announced?

Does anybody but me smell an unpleasant odor?
