The problems we have been having lately have been related to some of the hardware we are running at our primary site in Hayward. We have been working with the vendors over the past couple of weeks to come to grips with that is going on, understand the causes and upgrade/replace/fix the problems that we have found. In one case, it required our router vendor to provide a bug fix to the operating system for the main router we run here. We will be migrating these performance enhancments/fixes to our other sites over the next couple of weeks to ensure that they are in top shape as well.

At this point in time, we believe we have completely addressed the issues and believe the main site to be at 100% again. We are watching all of the key components here as well as at our other co-location sites to ensure that we have gotten to the bottom of these issues.

Additionally, we have refined our failover procedures to ensure a more timely and smoother transition to back up systems in the event of an outage.
