Although PJO didn't get all his/her facts straight (e. g. "is sidestepping the issue by only selling products online that can't be found at retail.") I did sense some disarray when I ordered my Qx3 online. I think anyone who has gone through upheavals and mergers realizes that it takes time to formulate and integrate strategies. I am certainly not surprised at the online state of affairs. What did surprise me was the amount TLC took from the bottom line. However, all these reasons are why we are sitting at 13+. I don't expect things to get much worse <g>. But that's why I backed up the truck at 14 - 12. JF
