This letter was posted to the Stockhouse thread...It is from Jim Graham (IR JDX) to Scott........

Scott,

You must be a happy camper having purchased JDX eight months ago. And
with the plans ahead, the best is yet to come. Welcome aboard!

The agreements with both Argentum & MF Capital are term agreements for
multiple years. The alliances came about through personal
relationships. You could not establish these arrangements through a
business broker. Assuming at the end of the terms, all parties see the
mutual benefit of co-investing, the relationships are likely to
continue.

The price of the options to Argentum were set at the JDX share price the day both parties initially agreed. The price will be quoted in a future letter to shareholders who will be asked the approve 170,000 options to Argentum.

The amount we will co-invest with MF Capital varies each time. It
depends on what portion is made available to MFPC. There is no fixed
percentage. Jordex will receive distributions from the fund as the
individual investments in the fund mature.

A name change is subject to a shareholder vote. Possible names are
currently being tested to ensure there is no duplication or conflicts
before we ask for shareholder approval.

Regards,
Jim Graham
