Randy - my remark on BNBN sales was more related to potential negative publicity for barnesandnoble.com - that the injunction may send a signal to the public that their web site is technologically inferior to Amazon's. This is conjecture - and it may not play out (I hope it doesn't).

I see Amazon's suit as groundless. And the fact that Amazon's legal actions should force barnesandnoble.com customers to unnecessarily click their mouse buttons more than once - well, it's absurd (in my view).
