Using your Gilder approach, I'd be making small investments in a number of Shiny Pebbles, and delighting in the few that give me a big return percentage (can you say "diversification"). Using the Gorilla Game approach, I can delight in the big dollar returns, which are the ones that can change your life. Two comments on sndk: As far as I've seen, the proprietary parts of their approach are related to form factor, not technology. They are moving from a fabless model to building their own fab. This is a multi billion dollar gamble, and I don't like the odds. jmho, uf
