It seems to me sndk is very appropriate for a GG (George Gilder) portfolio, but not for a GG (Gorilla Game) portfolio. There's a big difference between the two approaches.

The beauty of Gorilla gaming is that the metrics let you identify a "sure thing", so you can invest a significant sum with confidence. Using your Gilder approach, I'd be making small investments in a number of Shiny Pebbles, and delighting in the few that give me a big return percentage (can you say "diversification"). Using the Gorilla Game approach, I can delight in the big dollar returns, which are the ones that can change your life.

Two comments on sndk:

As far as I've seen, the proprietary parts of their approach are related to form factor, not technology.

They are moving from a fabless model to building their own fab. This is a multi billion dollar gamble, and I don't like the odds.

jmho,
uf

Stockhawk- I've been going thru the same thought process for the past month. I feel more comfortable being diversified-Currently I'm in 14 stocks, mostly G&K. What I've been going back and forth is the following-Should I drop INTC & IBM (each represent appox.2% of port.) and consoladate more into Q/JDSU/EMC/NTAP/GMST/CREE? Any thoughts/opinions out there?
