No, but I see what a goldmine these websites are.. It used to be that I did 'without' because I never had time to go to the mall. Twice a year was a luxury. Now I only go to the mall for the 'ambiance' but I'm spending a lot on these websites. De Beers actually gets in touch with you after you make a purchase and every diamond is registered, authenticated directly from them. You get a signed certificate stating its clarify, cut, value etc.

You get insurance via Lloyds and its all on the up and up. Of course I won't vouch for Ashford completely, but I did have a good experience with them (not for that amount of course). I'm sure there are plenty of 'scams' like second hand rolexes, but if you are careful like NMG.A, and stick with 'name' companies you can do all your shopping via the internet. I even shop online at Harrod's so I can get my son stuff who is stationed at a military base outside of London.

All I need now is a 'gourmet' dinner served while I'm at the computer. My parents had a cook for a few years when my mom was sick with rheumatoid arthritis. I did gain 15 pounds those years and thankfully she left, my mom resumed her cooking and I lost the weight.

Funny thing is that I'm a terrific cook, French, Italian, Israeli, Jewish cuisine.. Now I cut my fingers opening a can of sardines..I can't buy Bumble Bee because it opens at a slant, cutting your finger, so I have to have Chicken of the sea because the cover comes off leaving your fingers intact.. That trivia is the extent of my cooking for the last few years.
