jean claude, since you laugh at my suggestion that VLNC will not get the IDB money until they have actually shipped $4 million worth of product, maybe you should actually read the filings:

<<Aggregate funding under the grants is limited to L4,035,000 until the Company has recognized $4,000,000 in aggregate revenue from the sale of its batteries produced in Northern Ireland.>>

Unless you expect these purchase orders to be paid for up front, the IDB money is contingent upon shipping $4 million of product.

I'd guess 2nd calendar quarter of 2000.
