Obviously, this appears to be an attempt for greenmail.

I asked the company for more clarification on the Dukat update. Here are my notes...

-------------------------------------------------------

PAAS is gathering data and reviewing all possible avenues for a short term (and cheap) solution to this problem. While they have moves (specifics unmentioned) they could make which could help, there are no guarantees for success.

PAAS considers this as just another "brick wall" PAAS has hit several times in the past two years on Dukat. They've worked through all prior ones, they'll get through this one too.

PAAS has the support of the Magadan Administration - which should help. The Magadan Administration is abhorred at this development as well.

PAAS is not panicking. They'll have more information, and probably a plan of action, within the next week or so and will release a further update at that time.

--------------------------------------------------------

FWIW, I decided to sell my pittance of shares, take a small loss and let the dust settle. While I don't see this as devastating to PAAS, I like the sidelines right now.

Happily Following PAAS,
Duke
