I agree, it doesn't look like it will fall off.
To me this is a well organized company in an exploding market.

Top management has always been the main consideration of successful investors.

I think Robert Ingraham the CEO held 51% of his company before the merger so he definitely has the motivation.
His stock is escrowed for a year according to the press release.
