I have not made up my mind about anything. If proof comes along I will accept it. But I find conspiracy theories and theorists wacky as a general rule. Once and a while a really good conspiracy comes along- but people being as gabby and silly as they are, there aren't many of them.

It is like looking for Martians Del. There MIGHT be Martians among us- but until SOME reasonable proof turns up I ma not going to waste any time looking for them. Is there ANY proof, ANY (reasonable) proof that these vandals were in ANY way connected with ANY government? No- there isn't. As you say we don't know who they are. So at the moment they are just vandals. It doesn't matter to me WHOSE vandals they are (assuming a massive conspiracy isn't involved). And as I understand it hundreds of people were arrested- so maybe they DID arrest some of the vandals?
