Logan, through his attorney, Jerome Selvers of Freehold, has declined to comment about the case. Selvers has said Logan had no formal business relationship with Lehmann or Chalem, but knew them as acquaintances. Knowing attorneys, the keyword here is "formal", as in "I dare you to find any paperwork linking Chalem to any company Logan ran." Of course we know from talking the DTOX folks that this is pure nonsense-- that Logan fronted for Chalem. I'm sure Jason of the Asbury Park Press knows that too. - Jeff
