Thanks for the link.
We should all keep in mind that this tracking stock/spin off issue was raised in what Mr. K said was a hypothetical answer to a hypothetical question. I interpreted his answer to essentially be "We are not going to rule anything out before we analyze it." A spin off of the cable laying subsidiary would be my choice if they insist on doing anything, especially after reading this Red Herring article.

BTW at what price would you consider adding to your TYC common position. I would like to lower my $44 basis.
