Certainly proves there is a leak in management,info being pre released to specific shareholders, who are most likely trading on that inside info..red flag.Again I ask, how are these deals going to be funded,,looking for another s-3 filing in the near future.DD

Great news but I have a few questions: "....its My MusicCard subsidiary has reached an agreement with the Atlanta Coca-Cola Bottling Company, a division of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., to utilize the myMusicCard program for a promotional campaign targeted at the teen market for Superbowl 2000, to be held in Atlanta, Georgia in January 2000." Is this a local promotion only? Is it a promo attached to a six pack or how is the 3 unit card obtained? How is this geared toward kids? Anyone know or care to venture a guess? Thanks, M
