If the Dow has 20% downside, the NASDAQ must have 40-50% downside. I have long argued that the bubble in large cap growth stocks and NASDAQ must be punctured before big money returns to value.

The problem here is that a big break in the bubble sectors of the market probably will carry virtually everything down with it for a short time anyway. The value sectors should hold up very well in such a drop, but they will still head south to a certain extent due to margin calls if nothing else.
