Hal,

The purpose as I can tell for the "real time" not loading up on two computers is so that the exchanges get all their fees for each computer that is being run currently....a least that is my guess.

In any event, I don't believe it was meant to "catch" the individual who has two computers next to each other and runs QC on both for all of 15 minutes to see if they are identical or if one or the other appears to have a problem.

I was willing to bet you were looking solely at a workspace that had the emini on it and were studying that exclusively as that is what you trade during the day....and any real time agreement you have paid for were not even being used at the time. In fact, I would be 99% sure of that as I have your workspace.

I want to know what the difference is between what you just did and the what I can do on my machine....which is run two copies of QC as long as it is in a different directory. For all practical purposes it is the same damn thing. Me sitting here in all my glory looking at two Q-spaces.....same thing you were doing.

Same damn thing.

I would hope the decision is reversed as the penalty clearly does not fit the circumstances.
