Jim re: everyone deserves a clear statement of the public facts.

A clear perspective of how much and where the money is to be made also seems to require daily mention. The pond Dell sees itself swimming in is $850B (Meathead) or $750B (Michael Dell). Dell's believable strategy to reach their target of 15% of this market has been mapped out; I call this a compelling vision for an investor who is interested in making money by investing in a fast growing company. Maybe this would help with investor perception<G> of Dell prospects?

Cheers
Mike

Does anyone have an idea whether PIII shortages and LCD shortages will effect Dell's earnings this quarter?

My company has had around 100 Dell notebooks on order (as we always do at year end) since the last week in September. The Mobile Celeron models were just delivered this week and the Mobile PIII models have yet to be delivered.

This is the first time that I can remember that Dell required more than a month in delivering our orders.
