Hello Yaacov. The Department Of Justice hired some outside help.

cbs.marketwatch.com

Analyst Robin Griffith thinks that Msft will go up, up and away. According to his chart reading. He quoted a price target of 160. Hm. Let's hope that above action by the DOJ will not put a crimp into that target price. But that target price is interesting nevertheless.

I will be watching with you for Tecinvestor's reply. I sold Msft at 93 yesterday and was surprised at todays move. I am not against jumping back in though if I see something brewing.

Maybe this article is all wet. Maybe the DOJ wants to see what an outsider has to say about their chances against Msft.

In a debate last night M. Forbes said that the suit against Msft was old hat.( Not quite his words) He didn't think that GVT should be involved in this. Forbes thought that competition was plenty and the GVT should let the market take care of things. He actually mentioned Linux as a competitor. He was a bit off when it came to pronouncing the Linux name. gg. But the Senator from Novell's Home State was pretty sure that something should be done. He was the one who was in charge of the Senate hearing in this Msft case.

Yaacov. Talking about the Devil. Msft competitor. Don't worry. This is only a saying. I had just mentioned Novell to you and here I came across this.

I'd better get off here before I find more odd things. gg.
