POMPANO BEACH, Fla., Nov 30, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Spencer Krumholz, president and CEO of Liteglow Industries Inc. (OTCBB:LTGL), announced Tuesday that Liteglow Industries will supply All-Car Automotive, one of the leading auto parts chains in the Midwest, with a wide assortment of products.

According to Lou Wiener, the COO of Liteglow Industries, "This deal allows Liteglow to further extend our growth into the retail marketplace." He also stated: "We are excited to begin a relationship with All-Car Automotive, a company that has over 27 years of excellence in the automotive industry behind them. Moreover, we believe that All-Car Automotive, a mainstay in the state of Wisconsin and its other areas of business, will help develop consumer awareness of the Liteglow brand name."

Regarding the deal, president and CEO Spencer Krumholz, stated, "We are constantly looking for new ways to successfully gain name recognition and market share for the Liteglow name and its products." He also stated, "As the new year approaches we hope to develop a strong marketing partnership with All-Car Automotive, and its staff for many years to come."

Liteglow is a manufacturer and designer of products for the automotive aftermarket. The U.S. auto aftermarket reached $170.55 billion in revenues in 1994, and is estimated to grow at 3%-5% annually over the next three years.
