Indeed. At a current (or very-near-term) run-rate of $40M, $17M represents 42% of capacity subscribed by the first orders from two vendors ... representing perhaps just two appliance models.

Is this apples and apples?

Which is worse, no valuable contracts which would logically require below market sales or poor management that would repeatedly miscalculate and sell equity at below market prices when it didn't have to do so?

Why do the just-announced financing deal if the contract is legitimate (i.e. ironclad and window opening)?
