CHTR is on the verge of coming out of their QP, so their stock should do well short term. Additionally, you are right about big float, but book value is almost $19/sh, so you are basically buying the shares for approx $7. For a Paul Allen company with so many high tech interests, I think it is a great short term and long term value, IMHO.
