Now the bid has moved up to 0.31 - it seems to me that the we have a rising bottom for STI, and any increase in volume will move this stock up rapidly. Looking for 0.50 by month's end.

Wow - bid has now moved up to 0.37 and offer has jumped to 0.48. Looks like my prediction of 0.50 by month's end will easily be exceeded. Shall I stick my neck out and suggest $1 by Dec 31?
Keep it coming - I averaged down at 0.25 so I am a wee bit happier now.
