Agency.com raises IPO price range to $22-$24/share

WASHINGTON, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Internet consulting firm Agency.com Ltd. has doubled
the expected price range for its initial public offering, to $22-$24 a share from $10-$12, the
company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The New York-based company, which helps its clients develop Internet business models,
including distribution, marketing and Web design services, now expects to raise about $123.7 million in net proceeds from the
offering of 5.9 million shares.

Agency.com said it plans to use the proceeds to repay debt under its credit facility, to expand operations, for working capital,
for possible acquisitions or strategic investments, and for general corporate purposes.

The company will have about 33.7 million shares outstanding after the offering.

Agency.com plans to list its shares on Nasdaq under the symbol ''ACOM'' (NasdaqNM:ACOM - news). Goldman Sachs,
Salomon Smith Barney and Hambrecht & Quist are underwriting the IPO.
