Bud. I was pissed because I felt like there was a lack of information which I believe is being corrected with the new PR firm. They have answered alot of the questions. Tizo Maduro at Market Pulse is the IR contactat 716-256-6505 ext. 219

1) Rushovich is still the CEO and works out of New York.

2) Board of Directors have been nominated and have not been approved because they cannot be until audited financials are out per SEC guidelines.

3) Financials have been completed except for a large asset which is being audited as well. I am told should be out very soon.

4) The information from the shareholders meeting has started being put out with Market Pulse the new PR firm. Two releases in last month. New website and name change. There is still plenty of the big stuff to release.

5) There are 28 million shares in the float vs. 19 million at the meeting. This number is accurate per president Maloney. I am not certain but there were prefferred shares mentioned at the meeting being converted to common. They were given out by previous management. So number now is accurate.

6) As far as boomers and MBHC merging I have no answer. I know MBHC will be featured on their website but the merger talks have not been released.

7) The financials will show how the debt was reduced. If the share increase was due to conversions then debt reduction should be from revenues.

8) Book value is based on a large part of GFP asset which court records valued at $33 million (from memory but should be in past PR) At meeting Maloney said this would be "at least that much". I don't know if preferred were taken into account.

9) SEC filing is due in June. I asked Kevin about this and they fall under banks and insurance companies.

I'm not sure there was a real change of heart other than they had information we wanted and I could not get it per my schedule. I am long on 300K + shares.
