The Special Meeting shown on SEDAR for must be for the name change from Scorpion to ?? and probably explains the requirement for a shareholder vote. If my memory serves me right, the same scenario happened when ONV went to MVM. Did you see MVM going to the NAZ?

The National Post reports in its Friday edition that Scorpion Minerals Inc. began
trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange yesterday. Scorpion's trading symbol in
Frankfurt is PIZ and its WKN number is 861 406. Michael Farrugia, chairman of
Scorpion, said "the listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange should improve
liquidity and significantly broaden our shareholder base to include a larger segment
of the European community." Scorpion has 21.6 million shares outstanding and
cash of about $7.9-million.
