What about additions and remodels? Here in the Boston area, building contractors are playing "Who wants to be a millionaire? " and they're not on tv!

Can't afford a new place in the better town nearby? Just add a $80k wing on your present house. No problem.
(i.e., you may or may not have noticed that contruction spening is way up, as well.)
