High Speed Internet Access Speed Tweak Stewart Kagel, another poster to this thread, brought to my attention a website that contains information about ways to "tweak" your cable modem and DSL high speed internet access connections to maximize the speed. I tried the website and am pleased to report that it worked both for Stew and for me. Stew and I use Bell Atlantic DSL. The "tweak" nearly tripled our download speed.
