Anthony, why the hell did you do that crap? Gosh, you are one complicated personality.

I'd say you should try to be more normal, but then you'd be less super-human.

I don't know what to say. It's unpleasant for sure. Life is much easier playing it straight-forward, open and honest. Now you're going to have to spend all kinds of energy and emotion on this matter.

Why didn't you pro-actively work to get the case resolved years ago. God knows you could afford it.

Let me know if I can do anything to help, and stop getting yourself in trouble dammit. Don't blame it on anyone else - you got yourself there. But you have lots of friends who will do what they can to help, including me.

I can only base my opinion of you on the last year I have known you. From one who has scraped bottom and has literally been pulled from the gutter himself to where I am now, I can only say, it's what a person is now, not what he was in the past.

There are always two sides to a story and a world where roughly half the people like you and half the people don't. So this doesn't really change anything in my book. Let bygones be bygones and let your words and actions from this point forward determine exactly who you are.

>>"And his followers may be well advised to watch their leader carefully."<<

Dear Anthony: I've been a silver member of you site for awhile and played your calls and read your SI thread because they made me some money, and never thought much about it beyond that. Then, with all the turmoil of the TC ventures split, I had the incredible opportunity to access your private site for a couple weeks.

Reading the site's threads and chat logs was a revelation. You are a patient teacher, giving your time and your knowledge so freely and completely. You are a catalyst for a great community.

But it was watching the incredible humanity and generosity you and the other members showed around ADSP that was so heartening--you are someone I'd be proud to know, regardless of what has gone on in your past. I don't know who you were then, but now you truly are a special man, and I'm happy to call myself your "follower."

Peace,

Kelly

Having worked on many cases in the Northern District of Texas over the past twelve years, all I can say is, I hope you have a good lawyer and a bench trial.

lol, dude relax, I respect no one and I found a place in my heart to respect you, not that you care. Regardless these charges are in the past and speak nothing about your credibility now. To be honest these charges aren't even that important and your enemies are just fishing to try to hurt you. Ignore them, you are successful, well respected, make excellent trading calls and if you did infact committ mail fraud which in my opinion is a petty crime that speaks nothing of your credibility to your members, SI, me etc..

To be honest the way you are handling this speaks wonders, rather than hiding behind walls you confront and tackle the issue. I always knew you weren't perfect but nobody is.

Furthermore, I have heard this from some of your members that nobody cares about his members more than you do, you truly get hurt if you make a bad trading call and you do whatever in your power to rectify the situation. This speaks wonders about your honesty and your passion to make short selling a profitable trading experience for you and your members.

Lastly, Whoever thinks otherwise, you are fools and if you have a problem with anything I said here, A@P knows I can stay up for 99 hours straight and argue with any one of you for days straight.

I now know who the true scum bags are in the daytrading community and it isn't A@P thats for sure.

Last week, in the wake of the stunning run-up in shares of remote-access equipment maker Ariel (ADSP:Nasdaq), SmartMoney.com, Dow Jones and the Chicago Tribune quoted him as an analyst with his company, Pacific Equity (the firm's full name is Pacific Equity Investigations). "There is a misperception that remote access means wireless," Elgindy was quoted as saying in a Dow Jones story. The article omitted the fact that their "analyst" may have been biased, since he was shorting Ariel.

And TheStreet.com article omitted the fact that their "writer" may have been biased, since Elgindy had shorted TheStreet.com stock.

AP -

I'm like the others. I don't care what you did in the past (to some extent..it's one thing to kill somebody or something, but over a few piddly checks?!) Most of us konw you for who you are and what you prove to be. THe proof is in the pudding. YOu have consitently shut down companies that were scams, elimating scum from the street.

This is nothing but critics. People have been diggin and diggin on you man. You konw this had to have been started by somebody you shut down once and they were pissed off at you.

If you go before a court that truly is neutral and you state your case and what you have done now...show progression on how you have changed and all, all they can do is slap you with fees...$2.25 million? Come on..you could whip that out of your pocket. NO big deal. The jail is what is insane...Come on..goodness

This is kind of blowing my mind at this point that somebody could hate you this much. The media is always after a good story, even if it's false or HIGHLy twisted up...and that is what htis is..highly twisted up to make you look real bad. See, like you said, she didn't show the good thangs you did man...

Everybody has bad thangs in their past...But, you have reached stardom and peple iwll try to bring you down.

Honesty always rules out..Obviously, you shouldn't have done that, but I am assuming you have medical documents showing that you were whacko for that period of time....?

I hope so dude....

Cause I would defintely trust your word to any PR, CEO, ANALYST (most defintiely), and any reporter or lawyer

YOU My friend have proven yourself..these other guys sit behind their ties and suites and just point finger..you get in the mix..and that is why you are in this..you like egetting in...

IT always happens...everybody always atackes the honest guy...greed...but honesty will always rule out .. and guess what....I know it will....

Good luck my friend and peace ot your and your family during this time...

Either way, you have always stood for what is right as long as I have known you....

After reading the news story on you, my response is:

To me, these past negative events of yours are not significant.

All I know is after following your stock recommendations for almost a year and your interactions with other people, you are a decent and caring individual.

You have made many people rich and more would have been richer, like me, if we had followed all or most of your stock transaction recommendations.

The bottom line is that your performance has been excellent and consistent.

I do not consider these events cited in this article to be significant to change my opinion of you as a fine human being.

If you were running for a political position it might be a problem, but relative to the "dirty laundry" of some of our politicians holding high-level government positions - it is nothing!

For a 32 year old, you have had a lifetime of experiences to draw upon in your future endeavors.

Do not allow these negative experiences to become "luggage of guilt" that changes your attitude.

We cannot change the past. There is no way any of us can go through life without screwing up. That's part of life.

The only thing we may do is to learn from these negative experiences so that we do not repeat them again.

Focus on present for each day is a new beginning.

Anthony,

One reaction I have concerns the utter hypocracy in that article.
..as if "analysts" or any other market professionals can be called "objective".

How many times have we seen companies use "creative financing" to meet or exceed an analysts projection only to be cheered by that same analyst. Has anyone ever "followed the money" in the broker - underwriter - investor - company - market maker - analyst tangled web ? Now that would truly serve the investment community!

Good Luck,
Joe

Dear Anthony..

You could have changed the course of your present situation very easily by kissing Tyson's butt at the time.. It would have been the most intelligent, if not humiliating thing you ever did, given your current circumstances..

Remember me telling you I thought you were arrogant? Some of us learn early in life that pride indeed cometh before a fall!
