O/T:

Thanks RWS. Wish it wasn't all theoretical! As for volatility, I use the last couple of days of GLBL trading as a benchmark. My head has a permanent "bob" to it now. Gotta sharpen the hatchet now so I can can trade it in the morning. --GARY--

FWIW, I bought BR Jan 32.5 calls. I have learned the hard way that out of the money calls are usually cheap for a reason: they don't often pay. You are almost always better off buying fewer contracts at a lower, in the money strike. That is where you find the higher deltas, i.e., an option that moves more in sync with moves in the underlying stock.

I know of a pretty good site that offers sensible fundamental lessons on option trading as well as weekly trading suggestions. I'll post it if interested. They offer a free trial.
