Hi Dale, I did not see this release. Will you post it here? I did speak with Brian last night. They are just finishing off answering the remaining questions by the exchange. Once this is submitted Brian hopes that the exchange can give them an answer back within 10 working days. (Although who knows how long this will take or if they will need more information from the companies). When they get the okay from the exchange, he indicated a minimum 60 day notice to shareholders with the vote at the end of this period. (As I recall). Brian also mentioned that he was trying to do a small private financing right now. Call him for the details if you are interested. That's all for now, Andrew
