The absurd part is that the statute of limitations was soon to have run out. $2.25 million in fines and 45 years in prison? Yeah, right. If that one doesn't get pled down to restitution, fine and community service I would be surprised. The Federal district courts are so jammed with drug and immigration cases right now it is unlikely this will even see the light of a courtroom. TSCM definitely had an agenda here.
