The $100 M private placement by LFT continues NOT to be mentioned in the filings.

I wonder if that means that Hitsgalore's DD on LFT showed they didn't have the money, or if there is some other reason? Seems to me that after they reported the p.p., they were obligated to also report that it will never happen, if that is the case. However, they seem to be letting their disclosure slide in the matter of HITT's largest announced source of funding.

There has been no vote on the directors either. My guess is DR is delaying a vote as long as possible, due to the disclosure necessary on the proxy filing. Same with issuing new shares - the prospectus.
A proxy/prospectus, if containing full and proper disclosure, would read like a bashers manifesto. LOL
