Run for the hills from anyone who charges you for such bullshit. It sounds like a classic pump and dump scheme to me. In fact, when you find out the name, please post it here--those are exactly the sort of shorts that tend to work the best.

What else is this "21st Century Investor" touting?

WH: No mystery: Must be PCCLF

Pacific Century Cyberworks. Had an initial investment
by Intel of 50 M, and more recently, a share swap
of 350 M with CMGI. Investing in lots of companies in
the Asia-China region, including Silkroute.

Merrill Lynch recently issued a report on it in October.
Market cap is a HEFTY 8.5 BILLION DOLLARS even now, so this is no startup. ML 1 yr price target is $1.03 US per share. Currently trading at $0.92/share. Low per share price is misleading.

This is only a guess, but the company sure seems to fit the bill.

OT: How About This?

rediff.com

It was reported that Intel is investing in a joint venture with Hong Kong based Pacific Century Group to bring high-speed Internet access through cable television and satellite lines there. Claude Leglise, the vice-president of Intel's home products arm, said in an interview: "From Intel's point of view, we see opportunities in China, India, Malaysia, etc as very, very attractive. We want to tap the tens of millions of homes in Asia that cannot afford a PC."

Most of those touts give you a genuine good buy once in a while on a stock that most people already agree about. It creates the best image. But honestly I've never heard of a stock selling for under a dollar that proceeded to become a large famous company. Usually at the IPO they are selling for at least a few dollars a share. It sounds like the Calgary or Vancouver stock exchange, which are habitats for criminals.
