The low number of shares outstanding really caught my attention too. Also the shareholders include HP, Adobe, Reuters and Softbank.
Company has 16 patents.
I couldn't believe I could pick up shares at the end of the day at $57--averaged down from my earlier buy in at around $63.Market cap way under $1B.
Do you know anything about their deal with the ba
This one is definitely a keeper. I am very comfortable at this price,

i agree with your analysis on dmrc, imo, this is a great buy, the float is reasonably small at 4 million with 11.9 post offering shares, which gives this a market cap of around 900 million. the most compelling reason to buy into dmrc is the fact that it is a unique company. itru is similar in that its business is to protect and manage digital information, ie for the purpose of copyright protection for videos, music, software etc. however, the concept of a "digital watermark" is unique to dmrc, which in my opinion separates this company from others. most ipos coming out today are simply second tier companies following in the footsteps of others. dmrc on the other hand is clearly a new and emerging technology which will serve to facilitate e commerce and revolutionize the way we conduct business on the web. once people figure out what this company does and how its technology can be utilized, this company will run... jmho
