rude re: I was really trying to get Mike to understand the consumer business a little, it's a lot different than commercial PCs. 4% is OK in that space and better than what SONY makes on consumer electronics. 4% leaves no room for forecast error and CPQ has had problems with their forecasts in the past. On the other hand if CPQ gets to 4% across their product line their new CEO will be considered a hero. <g> PS Dell's 7% reflects several one time events.
