Mr. Ragano was, until earlier this year, President and CEO of CMS, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Daimler-Benz GmbH. He graduated with a B.S. degree from Duquesne University in 1950 and later graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Syracuse University, New York.
