Lead management System (LMS) will really add $$

The market yawned at the Lead Management System (LMS) software news. Too bad.

I reviewed the Wit Capital report on CBLT. Wit knew this value added feature was coming. They estimated the LMS service would be billed to dealers for an extra $150 per dealer per month. That's in addition to the $200 for website management. Excluding all the other many "value added" features they will be rolling out in the next 12 months, CBLT can now get $350 per dealer in recurring monthly revenues. The monthly average through 9/29/99 was $219 per month. CBLT is now challenging CarPoint with superior initiatives.

This is getting better and better. And the market does not give a shit! I think everybody is convinced that the Big 3 will do everything in-house. The thing is, it really doesn't matter. CBLT has carved out a nice niche, and they still work with Mercedes-Benz.
