email from Kevin: Dear Dr Tack: Thanks for your email. In response to the questions you asked: 1.) The audit should be complete next week. We had to update the financials to be current through September. The delay before in releasing the final audit was a result of waiting for funds to arrive from an investment which ultimately never materialized. 2.) We are doing everything possible to insure that we become full reporting and eliminate the "E." 3.) Everything we hear concerning Russia is positive. The "Affirmation Vote" for the 601 program was scheduled for Dec 15, however, I have been advised by our Russian contacts that the schedule may be delayed until Dec 19 as a result of other legislation related to the Chechnya War. 4.) We will be paid within 3 weeks of Affirmation by the Russia Duma, i.e. approximately January 15th based on the Duma affirming the 601 Program on December 19th. 5.) We are near completion of the first Digital Hologram printer and will be demonstrating the technology to customers in January. The hardware is actually complete and we are fine tuning the software. There are many other interesting projects on the horizon, however, I believe it is in everyone's interest to discuss them as they begin to materialize.
