VLNC 595,889 shares sold $5.87 Nov29!
From Yahoo msg board
messages.yahoo.com
Wake up longs!
VLNC has huge trouble raising cash, has to sell 595,889 shares cheap to an lucky investor for just 3.5 mil == 5.87 per share 3 days ago!

VLNC will be delisted if they cannot locate 25 mil within next few months. 5.87 per share only find 3.5 mil! To secure another 21.5 mils, warrants of <$4 per share might be issued in 30 days.

Dummy longs should read this recent filing! I have done DD for you. If Daddy Warbuck believes VLNC is the next QCOM worth $80, he should contact VLNC immediately to buy those shares <$5.87 easily. So he could retire by now, instead of being paid for his pump and dump hyping!

Why pay for 12 bucks for a POS just worth <6?!
Here is the detail filing, takes you just 10 mins to figure out how good is your VLNC gambling money!

Dummy longs, don't be fooled by the hype, VLNC SEC filing spells big trouble ahead!

Interesting point. When I spoke with Investor Relations a few months ago, one of the questions I asked was about battery life. The lady hedged quite a bit, but insisted she did not know an absolute answer because the equipment was in a continual state of improvement, and battery life was being extended by new improvements........
