M, Lets eat @Twister's choice of place.We should all buy her dinner. Ok all who willing to pay for twister's dinner/lunch/drink..pls. invite him/her or what ever. On a serious side, I can just list bunch of resturant names and we can vote. I m not perticular. btw: Lynn, I read Ernst & Young Tax guide. U can not deduct shareholders meeting unless u r major shareholder and you have questions that would be very relevent to the company's future. if someone needs more info on it, i m sure it's on IRS guidelines online. i would set a date between july 1 to 15th . MOST LIKELY JULY 7 OR 10 FRIDAY OR MONDAY? if some one can not attend on a speicif date within this time frame but would otherwise like to attend please let me know. This is just a starting point. I do not care about the place. If some one has pref for the place let me know.
