Get-Rich Tip: Make a deal with AOL. Monster.com announced that it was signing an exclusive four-year deal with AOL Thursday, making it the third company in the past month to make an exclusive pact with the online giant. Like financial software services company Intuit and games provider Electronic Arts, the job-search site's share price jumped on news of the AOL deal. Monster parent TMP Worldwide (TMPW) shares gained almost 34 percent Thursday. Meanwhile, Electronic Arts (ERTS, +5 3/4, 107 3/8) shares have rise 33 percent since announcing that it would be AOL's exclusive games provider last month, and Intuit's (INTU, +4 1/8, 55) shares have leapt 89 percent in the last month, after announcing its deal with AOL in mid-November.
