I have a great idea for Ampex! The Backup Card! If UPGD can get 1 Gig on part of the back of the card think what they could do if using all of both sides of the card! 4+ Gig's maybe! Bet most of us are happy with less than that on our HD. So you can backup your entire system on one card! If the reader can even approach the speed that my ATM card is rejected then it would be an almost sure winner. Can the KM material be colored? If so then Ampex could sell ad space on the cards. Although this could be a problem if a Pokeman Backup Card gets mixed up with my kid's Pokeman trading cards. If this goes mainstream we can't call it the KM card, K-Mart wouldn't like that! I have a better name and a slogan! Ampex Backup Card as easy as ABC!

If the balance sheet is loaded down with equity or if it is loaded down with negative equity if the enterprise fails the common stock holder will get about the same. That is a big nothing. A balance sheet as most of us know it is on a going concern basis. There can be many reasons for a negative stockholder equity. They do not necessarily reflect on the prospects of the company. I'd love to write much more regarding this but the market will open soon and I must do some housekeeping before then. I will be pleased to hear what you think.
