If I had gone over there it would have been for dancing, but now that I think of it, place was probably closed. The demonstrators stayed on other side of bridges in downtown core & filtered up onto Capitol Hill. Had they headed our way the police might have raised the bridges to keep them out. (gg) Well, that would be one way for crowd control. No, housemate is safe. The demonstrators wanted to stay close to the delegates and the President so they stayed in the downtown. M
